Warranty Duration
We provide a 3-month (90-day) warranty from the delivery date of your order. Warranty coverage starts on the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects under normal, intended use, such as:
- Defective stitching or seams
- Broken or faulty hardware (buckles, clips, fasteners)
- Material defects that affect normal use of the product
- Defects in construction that are not caused by misuse or external damage
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover issues caused by, related to, or resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Damage caused by chewing, scratching, or other pet behavior
- Incorrect use or use not following the provided instructions
- Use of harsh chemicals, cleaners, or improper care products
- Cuts, burns, or other accidental damage
- Moisture damage due to improper storage or cleaning
- Any alteration or modification performed by anyone other than Reflair
Any modified or altered product is not eligible for warranty support.
Warranty Resolution
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement — we will ship a replacement item at no charge
- Partial refund — depending on the nature of the issue
We cover shipping costs for approved warranty cases.
In some cases, we may request that the item be returned for inspection. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim

- Your order number
- Clear photos and/or video showing the issue
- Photos of the packaging (especially if there was visible damage on arrival)
- A detailed description of the issue and when it occurred
We will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days with next steps.
Refund Method
If a partial refund is approved, it is typically issued to the original payment method used for the order. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
