We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your item.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
How to start a return To start a return, contact us at reflair.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back without prior authorization — we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label once your request is approved.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Exchanges We offer exchanges within the 30-day return window. To request an exchange, email us at reflair.store@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want instead. If the new item costs more, you will pay the difference. If it costs less, we will issue a partial refund. Exchanges depend on product availability.
Order cancellation If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we may be unable to cancel it — in that case you can request a return after delivery.
Incorrect address Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, additional redelivery fees may apply.
