Delivery Times
We ship orders to the United States. Once your order is placed and confirmed, please allow 4 to 14 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, and external factors outside our control.
In certain circumstances, delivery may take longer than expected. This can be due to:
- Delays with the carrier
- Remote or hard-to-reach delivery locations
- Local customs or import procedures at the destination

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $70. Orders below $70 are subject to a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location, the shipping route, and carrier availability at the time of your order. The carrier used may vary on a per-order basis.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the subject line "A shipment from order #[number] is on the way." This email will include your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.
How do I change my delivery address?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your delivery address. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the address. Email us immediately at reflair.store@gmail.com with your order number and the correct address.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you are welcome to request a return after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, some delays are beyond our control — including weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or local delivery issues. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed.
